At Janfaz, we prioritize your satisfaction! if the customer is unhappy or not 100% satisfied you’re with your purchase from us they can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing [email protected] stating the Order Number and the reason for return, we’re here to help with a simple return policy.

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
✅ The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✅ You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, if any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to return/exchange your order.

How to Start a Return

📩 Email us at mail: [email protected] to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
📦 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can correct it!

How are Refunds Processed?

Payments made online will be refunded through the Original Mode of Payment within 7-10 Working Days.

Payments made by cash or card on delivery will be issued store credit for the purchase amount else for a cash refund the process will take 7-10 Working days.

In both instances, shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you return an item, an AED 21 fee will be charged to cover the return shipping cost to Janfaz.

Additionally, if your order originally included free or paid delivery, an extra AED 29 (for UAE, KSA, QT, KW, OM, and BH, orders) or half of the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Janfaz partners with a third-party service, Proseller, to ensure smooth and efficient order shipping while maintaining high packaging standards. However, occasional mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we will work quickly and efficiently to resolve your issue with minimal hassle.

Each return request is reviewed individually, and in some cases, we may ask for additional details, such as product pictures, to determine the best solution. Our priority is to provide you with the fastest and most effective resolution possible.

Cancellaton & Replacements

When you place an order with Janfaz, you have the right to cancel and return your items, including any applicable delivery fees, taxes, and duties as per consumer rights.

Order Fulfillment & Availability

Order processing is subject to our acceptance, which we may decline at our discretion for reasons such as:

  • Ineligibility
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Shipping Restrictions
  • Stock unavailability

Items in your cart are not reserved until the order is paid for.

Our website and call center provide stock availability estimates, but due to ongoing inventory updates, an item may sell out before processing. If this happens, we will notify you immediately.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. However, your order is confirmed only when you receive a dispatch notification. Only Janfaz has the authority to confirm and process orders.

Complimentary Gifts

We hope you love the gifts you receive with your purchases! However, please note that items bought with a complimentary gift cannot be returned if they have been opened or the packaging has been tampered with.
